Realty World – Corral Hollow Real Estate

In this current real estate market, so many people are losing their homes.  This time of year is especially difficult with the holidays and a homeowner facing foreclosure.  Recently, we stopped a foreclosure at the 11th hour for a family with 3 children and they were able  to stay in their home for Christmas and the coming New Year.  It was comforting to the homeowner to know they weren’t going to lose their home during the week of Christmas.  It was rewarding to know that I could educate, enlighten and give direction to this family.

So often homewoners in foreclosure wonder where they are going to live once the foreclosure has occured.  Fannie Mae has a possible solution for properties that are owner occupied.

In this current real estate market I often hear of home owners who have in the past paid a third party to help them modify their home mortgage.  Many home owners don’t realize that they can go directly to their lender to negotiate a loan modification without paying an upfront fee.  On October 11, 2009, Governor Schwarzenegger signed Senate Bill 94 that took effect immediately.

Marvin Rothschild and Sue Langdon set up an open forum meeting to assist the homeless in Tracy.
The objective is to combine the efforts of individuals who are trying to help with whatever they can to ease the hardship of those who are living on the streets. This first meeting is going to happen tonight in the office of Realty World Corral Hollow, in downtown Tracy. 
Everyone is invited who would like to contribute either their time, ideas, monetary, or any other type of donations.

After years of hearing about the Eagle’s program that Realty World NCA puts on, I finally took a leap of faith and did it! 
 I wasn’t sure what to expect, except that from the time I was in high school, I’ve heard of C.V. Le Force’s famous program.  At Realty World NCA rallies, at other training programs I have attended, and from other agents who went through the program, my curiosity kept building and I knew that I would be in for quit an experience.
 When Dennis Stewart told us over a year ago, that the Eagles Program was being revived, but re-written to allow for the huge changes in the current real estate market, I just knew I would have to come and see what it was all about.
 At the end of the very first day, I knew that the values I will be obtaining during this course will lead me much higher than I could ever reach without becoming a member of that elite title as a “Realty World Eagle”
 As each session closes, I feel that I have gained more and more tools of such value, that will help me in my career.  It is not rocket science; It is common sense, mixed with a high volume of accountability, and just the right amount of motivation. 
 I challenge all who read this to come see for yourselves, the value of the Realty World Eagles Program.
